Our Transportation Services
Service First’s Transportation Services comprised of a fleet of three modified vans and two new buses, able to accommodate wheelchair bound passengers with wheelchair lifts. Service First has a contract with Valley Mountain Regional Center to provide transport services. With this service, we transport clients daily to and from their care homes to their day program, such as the “Options” Learning Center. We also transport consumers on their various community outings. Service First also transport clients to and from medical appointments and various Assisted Living facilities, as well as any private-pay clients.
Title VI Notice to the Public
Service First of Northern California operates its transportation program without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI may file a complaint with Service First of Northern California. Complaints should generally be filed within 180 days of the alleged incident. The Notice of Complaint Form is available below.
